One-Hour House Tour An overview of Wright’s life and architectural principles, this tour views the interiors of his private residence and personal studio. Key features are the famed living room and art collection. This tour is perfect for those groups short on time that still wish to experience Taliesin. |

Two-Hour House Tour An in-depth look at the history of Taliesin and the key architectural features that exemplify Wright’s philosophies, this tour allows the group to view the exteriors, courtyards, and gardens as well as the interior spaces of the home. This experience is great for those groups who wish to take their time and fully immerse themselves in Wright’s designs. Two Hours | $53 per person | minimum 15 guests |

Hillside School Tour Originally built as a school for Wright’s aunts in the early 1900s, the building became the home of the fellowship of apprentices by the 1930s. The building includes spaces that span almost 60 years of the architect’s career, showcasing his development of organic architecture. This tour pairs well when combined with a house tour and is the best option for groups that may include children under 10 years old. One Hour | $25 per person | minimum 15 guests |

Highlights Tour Providing an overview of the whole estate, this tour sees both the house and the Hillside school. A fast-paced but thorough narrative begins with Wright’s family and follows his development of organic architecture and the Taliesin community. This tour is ideal for smaller groups that wish to see as much of the property in a short amount of time. Two Hours | $62 per person | minimum 15 guests |

Estate Tour As the most in-depth tour, this experience includes a 1.5-mile walk across the estate, the Hillside school, Tan-y-Deri (Wright’s sister’s house), Midway Barn, and ends with the Taliesin house. This tour provides the most complete picture of Wright’s life on the Taliesin estate. Four Hours | $93 per person | minimum 15 guests |

The tours begin on the picturesque rural estate that has some unique characteristics. All tours require a significant amount of standing, stair climbing, and walking on uneven terrain. There are several series of steps and some with no handrails. Some exterior walkways consist of loose gravel or grassy pathways. There is no opportunity to leave the group should you wish to stay behind. Our public tours are not wheelchair accessible. We can arrange private accessible tours with three weeks’ notice. Tickets are non-refundable, even if plans change due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic. 24 HOURS NOTICE is required to reschedule a tour or provide a tour credit (in the form of a gift card) for a future tour. Same-day cancellations will not be recompensed. In the unfortunate event Taliesin Preservation cancels a tour or event, guests will be notified in advance and offered a full refund back to the original method of payment or a credit valid through the following tour season.
