The weather is getting colder, warm up with a warm drink in a one-of-a-kind mug! Great for lovers of coffee and architecture alike, this mug showcases the glass window design of the Darwin D. Martin House in Buffalo, NY (1903).
This design is by Taliesin Fellow Aris Georges (1986-2015), brought by Georges passion for geometry and nature, following in the tradition of Frank Lloyd Wright. He studied architecture in Florence, Italy, and received two degrees from Taliesin, the former Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. The card is perfect for the Frank Lloyd Wright fanatic!
These functional Trivets are available in multiple different designs, showcasing some of Frank Lloyd Wright’s most famous works! These are perfect for hanging on the wall as decoration, or using as functional decoration on a table! These trivets come with a sawtooth hanger for (optional) wall display. Made of cherry wood with laser cut detail and cushioned feet, cherry finish, while being heat and moisture resistant.
The Taliesin-inspired Window Pin and Triangle Earrings (Sold Separately) make for a perfect holiday gift! The copper Window Pin was handcrafted by local Driftless Artist, Ali Kauss. Ali uses traditional metal-smithing techniques making each pin one of a kind. Ali was inspired by the architectural detail of the many windows at Taliesin. Each pin measures 2″ inches. The earrings, also made by Ali, are handcrafted, making each pair one of a kind. Ali was inspired by the gold triangle design details in Mrs. Wright’s bedroom. Made of sterling silver and brass.
