Shipping cost and delivery time

We have selected DHL Parcel as our primary shipping partner due to its reliable and efficient service. For certain destinations we offer an express service, operated by UPS. The shipping cost for your order depends on the destination, as well as on the order value. Please find all the shipping information for your country in the list below. 

Prioritised shipping:

We will prioritise your order in our internal processes and pack it the same day if you place an order before 13:00. If you place an order after 13:00, we ensure that it is packed and will leave our warehouse no later than the next working day. The cost for prioritised shipping is (5 €/5 GDP/5 USD/50 NOK/50 DKK/50 SKR).

Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment of the order. Due to the current Covid-restrictions, please note that our shipping times are temporarily longer than usual. We are in daily contact with our shipping partners to find the best and fastest possible route to you. We apologise for any inconvenience.

*Please note, there is currently limited transport capacity for parcel shipments going to Australia. As a solution, DHL has a combined air/ocean transport currently in effect. Due to the limited transportation by air as a result of the spread of Covid-19, deliveries are currently being transported to Iceland by boat. This means that delivery times of 3-4 weeks may occur.

Due to the current situation, the postal services in Ireland do not accept parcels with dimensions greater than 40x40x40 cm. Parcels exceeding these dimensions will therefore be shipped via UPS.
